Previously issued genuine German Army surplus flectarn, flecktar camo drawstring kevlar helmet covers. Fits German Kevlar helmets as well as first and second generation US Kevlar helmets. Features sturdy foliage loops. Twill fabric appears to be a mostly cotton, poly/cotton blend but there are no fabric content markings. Condition is very good overall, but might have some minimal, nicely-done German quartermaster machine-stitched repairs.
